  It's the nicest of the 3 Brasseurs I have been to but it's still just a regular chain bar. The service once seated was good but the hostess welcome was a little strange and just served to confuse everyone. We were 2 people looking for our party who were already seated on the 2nd floor but the hostess wasn't happy to let us go look for them. Tried to explain they hadn't made a reservation so she wouldn't be able to find them in her system but it fell on deaf ears. In the end we just walked away and up the stairs and found our party immediately!
  There is a pretty bad smell in the ground floor as you get closer to the toilets.

  The service was fine and I liked what I ordered. I am knocking off a star because the noise level was too much. Why do restaurants think they need to play music when you can hardly hear yourself think?

  Beer and food are great. Service and customer experience could be better. It's pricey also, but is definitely a place to go in the City.

  We went in at 10.00 pm and directly gave the order of 1 Goat Cheese salad and 1 mussels.
  We were seated on the upper terrace.
  We weren't served the food even after 50 minutes.
  We just left.
  
  We even told the waiter that the order was late, he said he'd offer free dessert!
  
  I am a regular at 3 Brasseurs, never had such a bad experiencee.
