  They messed up my cake real bad... And it was for 150 people. Wrote the wrong message on it. And didn't do the order as expected... One level instead of two even though it was written on the paper.
  
  Manager didn't even say sorry for the situation. Completely rude. I have all the proof and everything with me and they didn't even give me a rebate. Worst customer experience ever.
