  Went in to see a show, paid 10$ "tip" to the bouncer to get in ( should just post a cover charge price). Was very dimly lite , nearly empty save for a few unsavory folks in the corners. there were no girls dancing, just a few girls milling about in the back I bought a small bottle of domestic beer that cost $6.50 and then the bartender demanded that I leave a tip on top of that. I was approached by an older dancer late 40s and was asked if I wanted a private dance ( she was friendly at least) I declined and asked when the dancers took the stage , she replied they would not until there was more costumer's.
  
  All in all I might have enjoyed myself if I had come later in the evening when thing's are apparently busy but was dissapointed by the atmosphere and attitudes in the late afternoon.

  My partner was trans-bashed BY THE MANAGEMENT on 08/12/15. As it stands, Alex has a concussion and broken ribs. This was a targeted assault, and while I know Cafe Cleo has been trans positive in the past, I cannot stress enough: THIS IS NOT A SAFE SPACE.

  As is clear from other reviews, most dancers here are in their 50s.
  
  I have never seen so much wrinkled skin at one place. It's a disturbing image.
  
  I sat at a table close to the stage hoping to get a good view. But when grandma got up on the stage and started stripping, I looked away and started mumbling, "Please get off the stage."
  
  I was there for about twenty minutes, and then I couldn't take it anymore. Some other reviewers have written that they also have some younger girls. I didn't see any of them. Maybe it was too early for their shift (I was there around 8:30 PM).

  Low entrance fee (you tip the bouncer to come in), a lot of good-looking strippers and good ambiance. I went on Friday and Saturday.
