  Chaotic ordering system or lack of means that an order telephoned 20 minutes previously will end up being given to a client who demands immediate service in the store, and those collecting have to wait another 15 minutes to be served / for food to be cooked again. This is not a unique experience... it's the norm from over 20 visits. Check your order completely before leaving pick up counter...

  Then decided to make order on their website it's been over 90 minutes...still nothing. No delivery not even a call back.
