    Staff is generally indifferent and not very pleasant to deal with - burgers are the same as any other Harvey's.

    The person taking my order at the drive-through had me repeat myself at least 10 times without exaggeration and still managed to make 2 major mistakes in my order. She didn't even give me the right sandwich.
