  Where: Icehouse - Montreal, Quebec
  What: A small restaurant on Roy street
  How was it: The initial feeling was great, a small quaint restaurant. We didn't expect them to air the hockey game plus they had a special for the beer during game night. We came because it was recommended on ''You gotta eat here''. The show recommended the ribs and I would have ordered them but I (Serge) felt like fried chicken that night. I have a hard time understanding how they can mess up fried chicken, so much batter with so little chicken = bad. We were 4 and were disappointed with the food, plus the ''kitchen'' didn't look the greatest.
  Best to go for drinks cause on the flip side, the bourbon lemonade and the beer were great.
  Grade: Eli = 3, Serge = 3
  Recommend: Well, nice little quaint place - maybe just best for drinks and a hockey game. We feel reluctant to go back for the food.

  I was so EXCITED when I saw the TX flag painted on the door! I just had to stop in! Tacos are authentic, I'm from TX! Love the homemade hard shell! They let me sample the pimento. If your not from SC, you'll be spoiled. I'm coming back! Thanks Montreal for a little taste of home while I travel.

  Good Food, Good Place!
  We have been to this place as a family (2 adults, 1 child) many times, enjoying the food and getting served by a very friendly staff. Went with our son when he was 3 and 4, without any hiccups.
  
  Trump Sad: The Crab Nachos for 28$ didn't have enough meat for the price we paid, but everything else (Shrimps Popcorn, Drinks & Crispy Beef Tacos) we're #1.
